Once you have selected your lingerie and you wish to make a purchase you will need to proceed to the 'Login'.
If you have not registered your details with us we will then request that you please enter your information (telephone number very important). Please rest assured that all your personal information is kept strictly private. If you are a new customer you will need to fill in all the necessary questions which will only take a few minutes.
As an existing customer you will be asked to confirm your details for your own security.
Once you are happy to confirm you order you will need to press the 'Order Now' button. You will receive a confirmation message and your order will soon be on its way to you!
Returns & Exchanges
Simply email us on info@guialab.com or call us on +33 011 28 48 24, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.
To take the uncertainty of getting the sizes right, guialab.com operates an easy (no quibble) return and replacement service to take care of sizing problems a simple to follow procedure instruction is sent out with every order, assuring the recipient that should there be a sizing problem or a need to return something, we need notification within 7 days of receipt of the delivery and then return of the garment within the next 7 days. We will send out exact replacement of the correct size (if in stock) or we will offer suitable alternatives.
We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. For all lingerie returns please return the lingerie unworn with all labels intact within 7 days.
Return Instructions
When sending your return parcel to i.g.e.a.t. S.r.l. please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you.
Any customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any returned item(s), are your responsibility.
i.g.e.a.t. S.r.l. will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office
Please be aware that post and packing is not refundable, dispatched goods are not deemed as lost by Mail service until 15 working days has passed from date of dispatch.
